“We did have a microwave during our first day but when I requested for one, they provided it to us right away. The hotel was clean and has a very nice view. Restaurant has good food and great costumer service.”

“Place is old, currently under construction. Don’t appreciate the extra $50 a day for parking. It has real potential, but needs work.”

“The property was nice and the views were amazing, but the hotel was WAY out of town (25+ minutes from Moab) and so remote that there was ZERO cell phone reception (used WiFi at the hotel but it required a Marriott Bonvoy registration to avoid extra charges). Additionally I felt misled a few times. I booked a Creekside room, thinking it would have views of the river. But there’s a BIG difference between “creekside” and “riverside” as I learned—we had a small creek dub behind our patio, versus the better view of the river. Similarly when I checked in we were told there was a $15 resort credit each day, which we thought we used at the hotel restaurant (which was nice but expensive). When we checked out we were informed there was no $15 resort credit, that they had instead waived the “destination fee” for the resort (the staff who checked us in said nothing about a “destination fee.” I booked this hotel months in advance and the price per room fell by $50/day by the time we arrived. I can see why the price fell, it’s not worth staying at. Better off to stay somewhere in town and just go one night out to the restaurant to get the views.”

“This is an excellent hotel. Very quaint and charming. Our room faced the Colorado River with the Red Cliffs looming nearby. We had our own private patio which was great in the evening. I would definitely book this hotel again!”

“The property was lovely and the cabin was comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that the housekeeping staff couldn't seem to retrieve the electric toothbrush, in its case, that we left there. Seems like an easy thing to find and save away for later mailing to us. But other than that, we were pleased with the staff who helped us refreeze our cooler cold packs, fix our living room TV, and locate a water bottle filler. The food in the restaurant was very good, as were the cocktails, and this was important because making our way back to Moab for dinner each night would have been tiring. We do recommend this property.”

“Beautiful property a little ways out of Moab but worth the trip in the canyon. Restaurant was excellent. Only issue was paying to park $20 a day when there is a ton of space at the property. ”
