Amazing experience!! In every respect! Our room was the best that we have experienced, and we have stayed in many fine hotels. Torina, our hostess, couldn't have been more helpful, more professional, or more charming! We will recommend the hotel to all our friends.

Very small boutique family run hotel. Located in very busy area and in old quarters so most cars unable to access unless have special permits. Therefore may have to drag your heavy luggage over cobbles stones. Also hotel reception many steps down from road The suite selected also had 20 steps down in pretty dark conditions to room at lake level so very difficult for older guests so be careful not to choose this suite

Excellent in all ways

Everything was going good when we arrived, everyone was very helpful and nice then the room was not a 5 star hotel , was full of mosquitoes and smelling like old furniture. The room that we stayed was equipped with the sauna and was very nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was average not a Michelin star for sure (but the Restaurant for dinner or lunch for sure is wonderful and has the nicest view in town. The day we left we told the reception that we’re leaving earlier than 9 am when the breakfast starts and they promised will have some pastries and coffee made for us to take it to go ( and was nothing like that) also I have to help the only 1 guy that was there to load our luggage in the car. Please if you guys go to Sirmione eat here but don’t stay here is more like 3 star service and Hotel.

I travel every week and this was Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at. 5 Stars. The staff were a 10, each and every one of them. The restaurant was out of this world and the best I have ever had.

Everything was just perfect

Amazing little gem. The room is massive. Must understand tho this is not a big international hotel, very personalised however have to find the people to talk to. Owner was amazing. View was insane. Would def stay here again. Thank you.

If you have a vehicle, you have to make sure to have extra time (at least 30 minutes) before they bring it to you, since they don´t have a parking lot on premises and apparently the parking lot is very far away (they should clearly state this fact at the time of booking). They are terribly understaffed (only one waiter during breakfast (who, by the way, is the same person that brings your car). Definitely this is not a child friendly property (the had not arranged for a bed for our kids when we arrived. The guy at the front desk (very rude, by the way), told me that they "assumed" that one of the kids would sleep in the bed with me and my wife (I explained to him that since I had booked the largest room in the property (one of the only 3 rooms that the hotel has), I "assumed" there would be a bed for a kid (since I explained I was coming with a kid at the time of the booking) and that the bed on which one of my kids was supposed to sleep would be big enough for my 2 kids (who are 4 and 5 years old). They even charged me $150 per night for a minuscule extra bed they finally installed in the room. Only one guy during the day to help with luggage and with any requirement whatsoever. Dinner in the restaurant was very good though. Definitely not staying here again.
