“Great location for train and bus, nice welcome. The pictures is lightly misleading though, as there is no kitchen, no breakfast, no coffee , it was replaced by 2 automatic machines , reason given : after Covid.. Staff was nice and very clear.”

“The staff were very helpful. There are basically no amenities. There was a coffee and basic bar service area but it's out of operation. There is only a coffee vending machine. We asked for a hot pot and the staff provided one so we had tea and coffee in the morning. The location is great being 6 minutes walk to the train and bus station.”

“Rey Fernando was one of the best places we found in our trip around Spain & Portugal. Our flight from Bilboa was delayed so we arrived very late after the 10:00pm curfew for registration. By phoning them they kindly arranged for our late arrival and entrance in such a courteous way that our nerves were calmed. Wonderful location, Wonderful facilities and just great people all around.Hope they can accommodate us next time. We had a private room for our famlly of 3.”
