Great hosts. Amazing farm for the kids to interact with the farm animals. The amazing hosts even gave us 2 guinea pigs to take home!!! Cabins spacious for the whole family. Will be bringing the kids back for another visit at Ripples n Tonic. Thanks Mike and Di for a lovely farm stay experience.

Amazing place! Very happy to have stayed at Ripples farm for our last couple nights in Australia. Playground for the kids is great, and lots of animals to feed (bread even provided). Also the pics don't do justice to the shearers quarter where we slept in my mind. Very nice and comfy, with all the necessary to actually cook a bit (just note no freezer in the room, but the amazing hosts let me use some space in theirs). Only word of caution is go to bed early, the roosters are literally next door! :) All in all highly recommended!

Had a pleasant stay on the farm-stay, surrounded by fruit trees and farm animals. Owner Mike is very friendly, he worked very hard for the place, also very knowledgeable and shared his experiences to us. Awesome and highly recommended for this place.

It was a good short get-away trip from the busy city. My kids enjoyed themselves well. The cottage was big and spacious. Owners were polite and friendly. Good farmstay.

Dianne and Michael were brilliant hosts! The accommodation was basic (beds were not so comfy), but the experience was superb! They had a playground and a trampoline, which kept the kids entertained quite a bit. Also, there was a bread bin filled with bread that the kids could take round to feed the animals with anytime. My boys had fun feeding bread to the free roaming peacock and chickens, as well as the goats, cows and ponies. 2 baby lambs were born during our stay, so we managed to see the little ones just 4 hours after their birth! We lit a bon fire one night, and it was quite an experience for the kids! There was also a woodfired oven to make pizzas and a karaoke machine, which we did not try out. The only downside of the farm stay was that the water coming from the taps were brownish in colour. Understand this is because it was from the water tanks where rain water is collected. As we were cooking for a toddler, we raised our concern on the water. Even though Michael assured us that the water is perfectly safe to consume, he prepared a jerry can of fresh water for us as he noted we were not comfortable with it, which was much appreciated. We stayed for 3 nights, and found it was the perfect length of stay. Not too long, not too short, as it allowed us ample time to enjoy the activities on both Philip Island and the farm. Overall a wonderful experience which I would highly recommend to anyone with children wanting to experience a farm stay on Phillip Island.
