Positive: The property was very spacious, very clean and in an excellent position; very close to the beach.
We would highly recommend staying here, the landlord was absolutely lovely and very helpful with all of our questions and needs.
Negative: We would have liked more clothes lines for hanging washing, but we made do with what was available. Thankfully things dried relatively quickly due to the hot weather.
Summary: Fantastic property, great location

Positive:
The apartment is very clean and spacious. There is lots of storage space, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is big, the beds are comfortable. The hosts were very nice and friendly, despite the language barrier. They gave us plenty of toys for the kids. The beach is two minutes away, very calm, with cristal-clear water and magnificent sunsets.
Negative:
Nothing, the appartement is perfect. The beach was a bit dirty but this is a general problem in Sicily.
Summary: Great accommodation, very close to the beach
