Positive: The location, for a totally relaxing day, which we needed was fantastic. We lay by the pool, enjoying many dips to cool off, and enjoyed the stunning views.
We ate at the 2 local restaurants- a 9 min walk down hill. And the host very kindly cooked us a delicious spaghetti lunch one day.
We were expecting difficulties finding the property but the red and white signage indicating the way to the accommodation was a huge help.
Negative: Had a luke warm shower one morning.
Wifi was very sporadic.
Summary: A great place to relax.

Positive:
The property is beautiful and the views of the north coast from the pool are spectacular. The owners were very kind and helpful when we had an incident on our motorcycle approaching the property.
Negative:
Some of the roads leading to the property are in very bad condition. Everyone should read the owners directions to the property and follow them. Sat Navs are not to be trusted.

Positive:
The villa has a wonderful view, a nice pool and nice rooms. Nice Mediterranean design on top of a hill
Negative:
Breakfast was a little bit poor, and the cappuccino was extraordinary bad. And having in mind that you are in Italy, you expect coffee to be at its best.
Also, be careful that the road to reach the property is not an easy one. It goes through a lot of serpentines and very narrow streets. The rules of the villa are quite strict, no drinking next to the pool, no eating on the terrace.

Beautiful views!
Negative:
Not a bad thing, but it was a long way up the mountain on a road with no sidewalks! 😳
Summary: Beautiful, relaxing time with beautiful views and very peaceful and quiet!

Positive:
Beautiful property in serene elevated location with panoramic views of the mountains and coast. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. 24 hour access to the breakfast room and the fridge freezer was extremely useful. Our hosts were there to assist and offer recommendations.
Negative:
We thought the breakfast was a little basic when there is so much beautiful produce available in Sicily.
Summary: Wonderful property :)
