Sanso Tanaka Reviews
Reviewer Type: Family With Children
Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Before arriving, I wasn't sure the room would be as nice as it looked in the photos because it seemed quite small. But the moment we got there, all my doubts disappeared. The warm welcome from the lovely elderly couple made us feel at home right away.
The room was spotless, the indoor bath was beautifully maintained, and every breakfast during our three-night stay was different, homemade, and absolutely delicious.
The location was convenient, just a short walk from the bus stop, and the breathtaking scenery behind Sanso Tanaka made our morning and evening walks unforgettable.
More than anything, it was the genuine kindness and care of the hosts that made this place so special. We left with wonderful memories and would love to come back.
Negative: Our Western-style room had two beds, which were a bit firmer than I prefer. As someone with back pain, I found them a little uncomfortable, but this may not be an issue for guests who prefer a firm mattress.
Summary: We would definitely love to stay here again in the future
