“When the buffet was quoted at $3 at check in then at the time of service was told $31 it’s a huge difference. Then you say you are going to make food and the eggs were really horrible and had no flavor nor were they cooked in butter or they way we asked. I’m sure are the same eggs you use in your buffets what’s the difference? Also how can you charge $12 for pancakes? Really?? If you’re going to charge for hotel food make sure you are providing hotel cooked food.”

“Upon check in I was not given WiFi info or anything. I wasn't even told where the ice was. For the price I paid the room resembles a motel. I recently stayed at a Marriott property in Austin and it was beautiful. This was so terrible for $600 a night. Never again.”
