“Great location, views, and friendly staff. The pull out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable for my teenager - maybe the best we've seen in a hotel. My only complaint is about the lack of appropriate toiletries. Our room had a high end shower and jetted two person hot tub. Yet, and the only soap provided was the mini bars of hand soap for face and hands.it would have been nice to have a quality body wash and bubble bath or bath salts for the tub. I didn't even think of bringing these things because I assumed they would be provided. The soaking experience after a long day was a bit disappointing with just water.”

“My big window for the ocean view had a blown seal, so my view was horrible. It was heart breaking to get that room and not have a nice view.”

“Kind of a weird shower/bath situation in our unit (northwest Timber room). There were chocolate cookies on the floor and open markers beneath the table and chairs when we arrived. Access to the beach from the property requires using a pretty steep set of steps which my elderly parents had some difficulty navigating. Other than that, the location is great, the view from the room was awesome and the beds were comfortable and clean. The lady at the desk in the office when we arrived was very nice and helpful with any questions we had during the stay.”

“Absolutely the best beachside hotel we have ever experienced. Squeaky clean rooms, a fantastic jetted tub, perfect view from oceanfront room, comfortable chairs to relax in and a wonderful bed. We paid a bit for all this, but it was a high season visit, so we sort of expected that.”

“Excellent stay. Staff went above and beyond. We called the front desk to see if they had a sewing kit and they did not but they said they would send somebody out to go buy one. They were very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.”

“How do you get better than a perfect, unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean and beach? You don't. This view was amazing. What a great experience! Room was modern in design and comfortable. Super cute place. Clean room, great view, modern bathroom with a great shower and jet tub, comfortable chairs to enjoy looking out the window. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Love the city of Seaside with the shops, dining, nightlife, and of course the beach. Maybe, next time I will join in a game of beach Frisbee football.”
