“This place is great. The location is perfect for exploring Connemara. The house is away from busy streets, thus very quiet. Our room was great, clean, well equipped bathroom. Our host, Sue, was super-friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great, several options, all good. So, a perfect 5 of 5! ”

“We stayed in numerous B&Bs during our 3+ weeks in Ireland and Sharamore house was definitely a favorite. It was great base for us to explore the Connemara area. The room was spacious, and the breakfasts were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights with Sue and John. They are very hospitable hosts who know the area extremely well. Their central location on the peninsula was just right for us, one day exploring northwards to Kylemore Abbey, the Killary Fjord and a hike in Connemara NP. The next exploring Sky road, Clifden Castle, and going south by the beaches on the Roundstone loop. If you're looking for a quiet, scenically located B&B run by people who know how to do it right, this one is for you.”
