Summary: I had a nice ocean view room with a fireplace that was reasonably priced per night, with an excellent restaurant close by. I wasn't thrilled with the breakfast selection the hotel offered, even though it would be delivered to your room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the only complaint I really had was I wished there was a double lock or a door chain on the door that other hotels have, I would have felt more secure in my room although the hotel overall felt quite safe.

Summary: Our stay was great until we got home and realized my husband had left his $200 beard trimmers in the bathroom. He had literally used them that morning and forgot to put them back in his bag. We went straight from the hotel to home, and as soon as we unloaded our bags and realized they were missing, I called the hotel. I was told that housekeeping hadn’t found anything.
It’s extremely disappointing because we know exactly where they were left. I find it hard to believe they just disappeared. It’s sad that something like this can turn an otherwise great stay into such a frustrating experience. I really hope the hotel takes situations like this seriously and looks into what happened.

Summary: Enjoyed our 4 night stay but would have thought being there that long, the garbage would have been taken out once or twice, a refill of the shower body wash would have been helpful and a clean set of bathroom towels could have been offered in that time and there would have been enough coffee packets for the entire stay.
