Great all round Would recommend

This place was the perfect stop between two places. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and the aircon kept it cool. Restaurant was great, staff friendly.

The rooms were clean. Check-in was significantly delayed. The staff was unfriendly and struggled to manage unforeseen situations. The breakfast was enjoyable. The air conditioning unit was quite loud. I have no intention of returning in the future.

Lovely location with great views from the bedroom and lovely outdoor area . Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room. No fridge . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but it was not expensive.

Very helpful staff and good food

We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival with lots of fuss made over our dog. We booked a family room ( not sure we were allocated the room we booked) and were allocated room 1. The room was very small and didn’t have any kind of view. We had to switch the air conditioning off because it was very noisy. Room looked a bit tired. Lovely basket with dog treats, dog bowl and poo bags left for us. Sparce choice for adults and nothing for our daughter. We ate in the restaurant, staff were very friendly but service was slow. We enjoyed our food when it arrived. Breakfast was ok but you didn’t get a lot of choice. The hotel room was fairly cheap when we booked, the hotels in s nice spot with plenty of parking. Was it good value? Yes. Would we recommend? Yes. Would we stay again? Yes for the same rate that we paid .

Fantastically located and the room was clean and well presented. No one around in the morning to check my bill was paid, which seemed odd. Breakfast (scrambled egg on toast), was on untoasted bread.

We had a late flight into Bristol so very late arrival. The key lock box worked a treat! Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Very comfortable, albeit brief, stay.

Arrived evening for pre flight stay cos leaving early in morning Bar was closing at 10 and food at 8 After check in we had 15 mins to order food ,only bar menu available at that time Food was terrible, did tell man in charge as feed back , he did refund us but we refused to accept it as we did as to improve not get a free meal Won’t stay again
