“I received the digital keys by using the wifi at the nearby library but when I got to the hotel about 2 minutes away, I was offline so was unable to slide the keys. I don't use a plan for international travel because I find it's sufficient to use wifi at my accommodation. So at the Snooze, I had to wait until another guest arrived and provide me with the password. It would have been nice if Snooz provided that the day before check in. Also, the bike room was too small - I had to move a large and heavy e-bike that was blocking my regular bike in order to leave in the morning. Apart from these 2 issues, the room was fabulous as was the location.”

The city was a typical dutch city with its canal and buildings. Perfect! To see the area, there should be a car or bicycles taken by the visitor!”

“We had no experience with a hotel without a reception. But when we mentioned that we did not know how we had to enter the hotel we got a phonecall. " just call us when you are there". We did and felt very welcome.”
