“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay until check out. Because we booked with hotels.com Marriott would not provide us a copy of receipt. In all my decades of traveling in the US and in the world I have never not been able to receive an invoice at check out. The staff kept stating "you booked with Expedia and they will send you a receipt". I will not book a Marriott branded hotel in the future because of this and I may stop using Hotel.com if I am going to be treated differently at hotels.”

“The common areas were clean, and breakfast was neat with a decent selection. However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. Overall, the room—especially the bathroom—felt very poorly prepared. The common areas were clean, and breakfast was neat with a decent selection. “It’s a clean property and easy to find. I love the room set up except for whoever thought it was a good idea to not have bathroom doors that block light. That’s a bigger Springhill problem though ”
