Helpful staff. Large room. Enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place just a bit out of town. We had our own car so it was easy to find and very quiet. I would recommend.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The room we got was clean and updated. It would have been nice to have some tissue paper and paper towels. My main complaint was the housekeeping. We only received 2 coffee bags the entire 5 days we stayed there. I requested more coffee through messaging but was ignored. I requested some small towels one day since housekeeping didn't leave us with any. It was not delivered for several hours and I had to walk to the office to pickup some. I also requested a new pillow case because my child had a bloody nose. The person doing the messaging asked what was wrong with the pillow case we had. I was too lazy to reply since it was our last night. The room did get pretty hot, we had to keep the window open. Although we were generally satisfied with the property, the service has room for improvement.

It was good. We had no real interactions with the property owners or any of the staff but by far it was a great place to stay.

We were just here one night but we both agreed we would have been happy with multiple nights. The room was clean and updated. The staff is responsive to texts. Had a nice kitchen and the bathroom was a decent size for two people. Parking was easy and plentiful. Very convenient to Exit Glacier and close enough to town.

Beautiful property with every convenience. Easy check in/check out. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Not a lot of places to put clothes, so you live out of your suitcase. We had some issues with water pressure and temperature getting hot enough while showering.

Amazing rooms with great views outside. We saw moose and babies in the property early morning.

Poor rating because no warm or hot water for one hour or greater (8-9pm- we went to bed after that) on first of 3 nights and no hot or warm water at least 45min on our 3rd evening at 7pm. Water pressure fluctuated to near dribble morning & evening. Becaue the problem was after 6 pm , no one was available in person nor did anyone answer repeated phone calls, messages nor an email. The office staff during daytime was nice but were unable to help & said they'd check with management. We were refused any discount on the stay

We booked a deluxe double room for one night in Seward, and it was very spacious and clean. I was really impressed by the size of the room. We had 4 large suitcases, and we were able to set them all out on the floor and it was not cramped at all. The bathrooms and kitchen area are new and modern, which made the stay very comfortable. The area and room was quiet at night, and we were able to get a good restful night's sleep. The temperature was comfortable in the room with an electric fireplace for added ambiance. It was nice to have a fridge to keep our drinks cold and a microwave for warming up breakfast sandwiches that we got from the Safeway in town. Check-in was simple. No need to stop at the desk as we were sent a code for the room for access. The room rate was reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again.
