“We had a good stay at Trailhead Lodging. The room was exceptionally clean, the comfort was great, and the amenities were overall excellent. The staff was also very helpful and friendly during our arrival.However, guests should be aware of a few electrical issues. First, you cannot run the microwave and a hair dryer at the same time without tripping the breaker. This happened to us, leaving us completely without power until staff arrived to flip it back on. No apology was offered for the mishap, which was disappointing.
Additionally, our bedside outlet did not work. They sent an electrician, but it could not be fixed during our stay.These were temporary inconveniences that we lived with by simply using a different outlet for our phones. Aside from the power glitches, it is still a very clean, comfortable, and well-located base camp in Seward.”

“Great location, small but quaint, no closet, amenities good and quiet. We had a one bed room. WiFi worked great as well as tv. Smooth diy keyless entry. Would stay again.”

“The room and amenities were excellent. We had a descepency between booking with Hotels.com and receiving the self check-in code. Luckily, a worker in the building had a phone number to call to work it out.”

“Very roomy accommodation very clean you can fit four people in this place easily. Very close to everything. I’m a solo traveler on a budget and although it has all the positives if I go again here in Alaska on my own, I will not stay here just because it’s too pricey I didn’t like the fact that I have to pay 4% to use my credit card. I was willing to pay cash, but apparently you can’t. The host is very easy to reach snd accommodating. For couples or families this will be a gem!”
