We have stayed at Silver Tree and it’s absolutely wonderful! However on this visit, we booked with Expedia. We were not aware that the room we booked was 1 of 2 rooms not owned by Silver Tree. It was another 3rd party Vacation rental. So, beware, that if you book with Expedia, the hotel will not service or have anything to do with these rooms. It is all done through Taylor Made vacation’s. They only give you 1 key, no parking pass, and if you need any additional supplies for the room (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags…etc). You are responsible for supplying them. Also they do not clean or restock your room if needed. We will go back because we love this hotel and location, just will never do it through Expedia. We were asked to revise the review, so it could be posted. Please check with the Silver Tree Hotel on Rooms before booking!
They have a lot of outdoor seating area that you can enjoy the lake.
There was road construction going on causing a long detour in the area going to all of the local things we wanted to do. Once that is completed I would have no negatives to report.
