“Sunset Vista” offers a spectacular 180-degree panoramic view of Yachats Bay to the south and the majestic Pacific to the west and the north. Enjoy the sunset from the expansive deck that surrounds the house and from the large dining room and living room windows. This 2,100 sq. ft. home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with majestic fir trees, has been recently updated to include new furnishings and artistic decor.
The upstairs living level has a large kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room with window-facing chairs for morning coffee, and a living room, all with fabulous ocean views! This same level has a bedroom complete with the lull of ocean sounds, a king size bed and a private glass door to the deck. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
A handcrafted wood spiral staircase leads to the lower level of the house. The downstairs features a family room for games and entertainment with comfortable chairs and a sofa that converts to a queen bed. Two downstairs bedrooms accommodate guests, one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds. There is a bathroom with a shower combination. Please be advised: The unique design of the spiral staircase makes this home unsuitable for families with toddlers or young children.
Perched on a hill overlooking charming Yachats, “Sunset Vista” offers spectacular views in both balmy and stormy weather and is a very short walk to the town’s restaurants and shops. It is the best of what Yachats has to offer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The view and the location was amazing. Also, we loved that you could walk down to the downtown area easily. The place was not as clean as advertised. It smelled moldy, the blinds and outer bedding were dirty and dusty. The carpet was also not super clean. Many of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty when we first arrived. It was not well stocked. Very minimal bathroom supplies, no coffee. The view did make up for many of these things but we would not rate it a 10/10 as it was advertised.
Lovely property had everything we needed. Would stay here again in we come back to yachats
