It was a tight fit for 3 double beds, but it was nice to have that option with 4 kids because many hotels don't. Clean overall. Checking in was smooth, and I appreciate the working ice machine. The grab and go breakfast left much to be desired. It was literally Great Value oatmeal packets, Great Value granola bars, apples, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. That's it. The employee there while we grabbed breakfast (there were only 9 people at the time, but it is a small space), seemed overwhelmed and upset. Probably needs some training on customer relations.
Check in was a joke. Got there 19 minutes before 3 & was turned away to return at 3. That early check in wasn’t available. The whole area surrounding the motel is sketchy. homeless and tweezers walking around at all times of the day. The parking lot is tiny. Seemed like there was not enough spots. Breakfast is not really breakfast. Coffe, juice, bowl of apples and hurt granola bars is not considered breakfast. The only reason this was an option for us was it had 3 full beds in 1 room… that was 3 stars but the rest was terrible. Not sure if this would be an options for us again in the future
The front desk doesn't want to seem to do any work. The orange juice was barely tinted orange and was more like water. The breakfast is literally non-existent with nasty apples and some packets of generic oatmeal. The parking lot was a disaster of trash as was the hallways. The rooms were decent size
