The Barford Inn Reviews
“Loved the quaint B&B and the very friendly staff. The food in the pub was great. Best Fish & Chips we've had in the UK. Our room was small but comfortable. Glad we had beautiful sunny weather but it made it a little too warm for us in the room, but of course we aren't expecting A/C in a classic building. We love the charm & character and wouldn't have it any other way. ”
“The room was very clean and comfortable. Quite steep stairs up to the rooms. Fine if you have no mobility issues. The pub is closed on a monday so food and drink unavailable. Lovely breakfast in the morning. I would stay again. ”
“Charming 16th century coaching inn with original features. The room was clean and tidy if a little plain and tired could do with a make over. TV too small to view comfortably from the bed. Carpet thread bare on the very steep stairs leading to rooms. Food was good breakfast excellent evening meal was good but very expensive with extras attached to many dishes, had to eat in the bar with all the noise, ment we could not converse comfortably over our meal. The price for our dog on trivago was put at £10-00 but the hotel wanted £15-00. It would be nice if you could agree as to who is correct. We will not be returning.”
