“It is as advertised clean and secure”

“The location is convenient & the apartment was clean. I could tell that there were some windows that could not be secured and I did have concerns about this. I also registered my car to park and when I got back that evening, there were no parking spots for me. There is no television remote to turn up the volume on the television. Hard to watch it when the air conditioning was on. The room in the apartment were nice though. The check-in process could be simplified.”

“Amazing Location, close to train and groceries. Great for an extended stay if needed for business. For background, I am a hospitality hotel designer, so I am probably the worst to review a small boutique hotel. But alas, here we are.. one, for very little money they did an job with the decor, but it was just good and if they just up their game just a bit they could knock it out of the park. 1. Room needed more attention to cleanings. I found hair in the sink, floor and in the tub. Kitchen was clean as well as the living room. 2. Sheets. Polyester. They desperately need to upgrade. Overall, great for extended stay or families on a budget. Grade C overall”

“I have stayed there before and have always had a pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The kitchen and all the appliances, utensils, dishes, etc were all nice and clean. The laundry room is definitely an added bonus. Parking was plentiful. The week I stayed there I never saw any staff. I figured someone would put fresh linen and empty the trash however that didn’t happen. Not a deal breaker but it would have been nice. The area is nice and it is close to restaurants as well as a grocery store, and is a short drive into Salem. I plan on staying there many more times in the future.”

“There was no visible staff. We had to text someone to get a number to get into our room. Our room was in the basement which we had to climb down about a dozen really steep steps smelled moldy. The only amenity they had was some soap and shampoo. Very disappointing.”

“Very nice comfy spot, only issue I had was the cord for the little desk fan didn’t work. Great spot other than that. Little pricey but it was Memorial Day weekend. Quiet and there were no interactions with any staff due to it all being through phone it was contactless”
