Positive: We have just got back from a wedding at Corfe and stayed at the halfway inn . What a delightful place half way between Corfe castle and Wareham hence the name .we arrived early because of the wedding , our room was ready not long after we arrived we were give tea and coffee while we waited . Our room was lovely like an old barn but modernised. Tea , coffee and a small hob in our room . The bed was very comfortable . The over riding thing we took back from out trip was the people who run the place, they were great and could not do enough for you . The breakfast the next day was brilliant full English. Me and my wife gave the halfway inn 10 out of 10, we would definitely recommend this place its set in a lovely part of Dorset. A great experience 👍👍

A well kept beautiful old pub in a stunning location on the downs being halfway between Wareham and Corfe Castle hence the name. The staff were fantastic all throughout and so friendly. We had dinner and breakfast, both were excellent. Our room/studio was big, clean and had everything we needed. We’d love to come back and see all the flowers the staff were planting in and around the gardens as we’re sure they’ll look lovely.
