Summary: Noisy when we arrived (live music which was not unpleasant but loud in the room). No hot water in the morning so we both had a freezing cold shower. When it was mentioned to the staff the response was that we were the 3rd room to mention that! No apology or compensation offered .
Room was clean though and staff were friendly.

Summary: Rooms were clean and food in the pub was very good. However as the rooms are above the pub and there seems to be little soundproofing you can hear the music which is quite disturbing.
