“A cost friendly motel with free continental breakfas t- cannot complain. The room itself was clean, modern and included microwave and a full size fridge ( room 17 ). Geeat stay - the only problems were the ambient noise from other guests and a bit of road noise ( byt where doesn't that happen. Bed was great but the base structure was a little noisy when moving in bed.”

“Fast quick check in. Very clean room. Full size fridge. Comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms are quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay. Will visit again.”

“I had an extremely disappointing stay from start to finish.
After the first room clean, all of my towels were removed and not replaced. When I went to reception to ask for fresh ones, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff just by asking for a basic necessity.
The bathrooms are absolutely atrocious, poorly maintained, unhygienic and well below any acceptable standard.
To make matters worse, the TV in the room didn’t work at all, which just added to the frustration.
On top of that, the walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything. For two nights in a row, right around midnight, it sounded like a freight train was running straight through the room. Whether it was plumbing, machinery, or something else, it made it nearly impossible to sleep.
Overall, a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Olive Tree. Lovely receptionist who made sure our stay was enjoyable. Great breakfast, great room and would recommend this motel to everyone. ”
