“Firstly, we had booked and paid for a double room. I have arthritis in both hips and knees. It was evident that 2 beds weren't made. We were talked out of having 2 beds.
This was a v small family room with 2 poor windows that opened outward from the bottom, located immediately above the extraction units of the kitchen.
The bathroom door was poorly fitted.
The bar was fine. The restaurant was okay. But there are lovely sea views from it.
What undoubtedly sells this place is its sea view and close proximity to a clean harbour used by swimmers. Parking was fine.

“Clean room. Bit slow at the check in process. Parking a bit scarce but catered for the ones staying in only the 4 rooms that are provided. Breakfast was good along with the menu for the food on the evening. Definitely coming back.”

“Friendly staff, unbeatable location.. dropped in off the coast path from Mullion.. room had everything needed and window open for the sound of the sea. Great breakfast and excellent nights sleep. Thanks ”

“Lovely stay. Unique location. Good food (great gluten free options). Bedroom was basic but clean and beds were comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast.
