Summary: Room was good, bed comfy, shower worked well. It’s in the middle of town so there is some noise, especially on a Saturday night, but to be expected. Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. Parking can be a problem but usually can park in town square (which you need to pay for, either in cash/card or by downloading the local app). Place fairly clean, tables for breakfast slightly sticky. Breakfast quite good and breakfast service excellent. Would stay there again.

Summary: There’s something quietly magical about the bridal suite at The Peppermill Hotel. From the moment you step inside, it feels less like a room and more like a private retreat designed for moments that matter.
The space itself is beautifully styled. Elegant without trying too hard, with soft lighting, luxurious textures, and that rare sense of calm you only notice once you sink into it. The bed is exceptional, the kind that makes you consider cancelling all plans just to stay wrapped up a little longer.
What really sets it apart is the atmosphere. It has a warmth to it, a feeling that this is a place where memories are meant to be made. Whether you’re there for a wedding night, an anniversary, or simply a special escape, it delivers something genuinely memorable.
The little details don’t go unnoticed either. Everything feels thoughtfully placed, carefully considered, and quietly indulgent.
A truly special stay in a hotel that understands how to make an occasion feel just that bit more meaningful.
