“We had a comfortable stay at the Roebuck inn. The room was clean with all the usual amenities. We also had a lovely breakfast for a small extra cost. The owner was very friendly and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The only negative was the security night light was far too bright. We spoke to the owner who said it was now mandatory to have at the property. ”

“A little gem in a wonderful setting. Great food, comfortable accommodation and very friendly staff which made my business trip an enjoyable one. Would definitely stay again and would recommend The Roebuck. Many thanks to Karen and the team. ”

“A really clean room in a nice location with friendly locals and home cooked food
As Chapel-en-le-Frith is less than 20 miles from home it is not somewhere I would normally consider however having done so I certainly would again the hostess was friendly but not overbearing, food was excellent and we will call in for food if passing”

“The location was ideal for our plans, the room was a good size, clean and well furnished for our needs.
We found the beds a little hard for our liking.
The en-suite was good though would have been nice for the shower to have had more power.
Breakfast was a nice full English and easily enough to last us the day.
I have to admit to being a fussy about my coffee and this was not the best.
Overall it was a pleasant stay thank you”

“The Roebuck is a great location to explore the area. We were made to feel very welcome, the accommodation was clean and comfortable and everyone was very helpful. My wife's dietary needs (she is Gluten Free) were catered for with no problem.”
