“Really lovely stay, great food and the team were really helpful. Parking not great unless you pay more for your room”

“Unfortunately the hotel had some problems in the kitchen which impacted very badly on the menu for dinner, the breakfast, service (so slow) and noise. It would have been better to fix the problems before reopening or to have had the courtesy to let us know in advance what the situation was. I would have stayed somewhere else. Extremely disappointing as I’ve had lovely stays here in the past. ”

“The bedroom was clean and tidy, staff were excellent very polite and friendly. The only slight criticism was the wooden chairs in the conservatory dinning room were uncomfortable. The food was outstanding. ”

“Stayed for a couple of nights in a superior room. Great to have dedicated parking right by the hotel. Whilst the superior room was very big it was a bit rough around the edges and needs a bit of tlc. There was quite a strong smell of air freshener the whole time which was a bit stifling. But great location and food in the restaurant was nice. Bar staff super friendly! ”
