“On arriving to check in i was immediately asked to pay an extra £25.00 , as their prices had increased since I'd made my booking. I was asked again the following day and again as i was checking out !! I was polite Yet told them in no uncertain terms that i had no intention of paying any extra charge. I'd payed in advance back in November and that that was the end of the matter! ”
