Positive: Nikos and his family are an amazing, heartful hist that show you the meaning of true greek hospitality. During the stay they check several times if everything is ok, if you need anything, invite you for a drink and make you feel really like home. They even made us an amazing traditional pie!! Staying there was truly one of the highlights of our trip in Greece. Also, the apartment is beautiful, has literally everything plus more. In the evening we enjoyed the comfortable garden setting and could relax in the best way possible after the day in the mountains. Location is perfect, with a view of surrounding mountains and less than 10 min drive to the very center of Ioannina. Thank you Nikos and Angeliki!

Our stay at Mr. Nikos’ apartment was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by the wonderful host and his family, who treat every guest like part of their own family.The cleanliness was absolutely perfect, with great attention to every detail. The facilities are excellent and the location is ideal, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. Staying at Mr. Nikos’ is not just a stay, but a beautiful experience that stays with you long after you leave.

Nikos, the host, was very helpful, friendly, and positive. He stays in the house next door with his wife and children. The location of the house is very good for Ioannina. You are very close to the highway and you can reach the city within 5 minutes. There’s no parking problem — your car stays safely inside the garden of the house. The house was very clean. The bathroom was large for houses of this size. The heating was great. There is both air conditioning and a fireplace, and you can use the fireplace very easily. The beds were very comfortable. All kitchen utensils were available. When we first arrived, Nikos had prepared lots of treats. Everything was ready in the house, from water to homemade jam. I will come back again as soon as possible.

The apartment was very nice, modern, spacious, and clean. It was a real pleasure to stay there. Having a parking space was a big convenience. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and drinking, and the bathroom is well fully furnished. Excellent communication with the host – highly recommended!

This property was one of the best places I ever stayed and believe me we do travel a lot..
Everything was so smart designed and nothing is missing of your needs.
Is brand new construction and high end build .
The apartment we stayed was so clean and very comfortable ..
You can seat out on veranda have your coffe or wine/ raki on the house and enjoy the beautiful nature views..mountains all around ..
Nikos and Angeliki the nicest people you can meet.
They made our stay so comfy and enjoyable …
