Veghús Guesthouse Reviews
“Solheimar Eco-Village was a pleasant place to stay, just a short drive from Selfoss, Gullfoss, and Flúðir. We were two people staying in a double room with a private bathroom. The room was spacious and comfortable. We never actually met any of the staff. Check-in was self-service, and the key was hanging by the entrance door. However, the other guests were very friendly. There was a large shared kitchen, which worked very well. A short walk away, there was a community building with a cafeteria and a small shop. We are planning to come back again next year.”
“We had a wonderful stay at this place ! The location was beautiful and the amenities were everything we could ask for! We had a great family bonding time in this quiet and peaceful place. The common kitchen was big and well appointed. Having a separate bedroom for our daughter in the 3 person studio was an added bonus.”
“We stayed just for one night erupts to Vik. Nice property, close to Selfoss, reasonably priced for Iceland prices. Kitchen is well equipped. Many other facilities such as hot tub, on site cafe etc which we couldn’t use due to lack of time. Highly recommended for visiting National park, Geysir and Gullfoss waterfalls.”
