The lounge itself is an open plan expanse with multi language digital channels and a 56-inch flat screen TV, leather wrap around sofas and French doors that lead onto an extravagant 60 m² patio with the sounds of an ocean wafting in the air. It is a perfect sit around space with two double L-shaped sofas and a generous coffee table for pre-dinner cocktails and chat.
There is shaded parking for three vehicles. The villa has a safe for valuables and all of the shutters are automatic so just press a button.
