Check in was very easy & the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable after a long day of exploring and the other amenities made everything effortless.”

“Alexandra and Barbara were the most accommodating and helpful hosts. Informative and so so nice, going the extra mile for us. They instantly felt like family. The accommodation was clean, beautiful and well appointed. We loved the breakfasts and availability to the kitchen. The pool and outside area was clean and super cute. Location is perfect! Minutes to walk to the beautiful beach. We loved it! We shall return💕🌻”

“The villa is so lovely, looking both cozy and boutique. The heated pool was a great add-on at the end of a hot day at the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. A few things I felt could be improved: the lack of beach towels (this surprised me and I wasn't prepared for it, as I've received beach towels at all stays in Portugal); general lack of towels (there are 2 towels provided per person and they are VERY small); the breakfast choices (the breakfast felt a bit "lacking" compared to all other villas/hotels I visited in Portugal, and I personally didn't have much choice there and ate breakfast outside); Also, another detail that made me feel uncomfortable was the one of the ladies working there was ill one of the days, and was helping around the kitchen coughing. I really did not feel at ease with that situation at all, as I really would not want to catch a virus on a holiday!”

“Alexandra is a perfect host. Amazing what they did with this old building to turn it in a wonderful cosy hotel. Great access to the beach and center of Santa Cruz. The best: coming back at end of day and take a dip in the heated pool to relax before going to sleep. Wish we had stayed longer!”
