“very good experience...junior suite was top after changing from the first one offered which was much smaller and darker. We found out that they offer junior suites but do have 3 categories of Jr suites...our advice make sure that you get the better ones. The Spa section is really great...state of the art with a very generous swimming pool. Generally the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast buffet: plenty, fresh, with great variety; cold cuts should be of better quality and not the kind you find in a second rate low cost super market. Arosa is very hilly and handicap elder visitors...it seems that it also has a micro-climate that bring in clouds and rain...be sure to check weather forecasts. The road (there is only one) from Zug to Arosa is a nightmare.”
