“Overall, the room was clean except the phone was really dusty and there were some crumbs under the bed. The front desk person seemed like he was trying his best however he was hard to understand at times because of his accent. Again, he was trying his best. ”

“Bathroom tub had rust and stain's in it and the sink leaked water. The staff kept telling me that they did not have a payment which was paid last Oct 2025. Breakfast well not what you would call a continental breakfast nothing for fruit, muffins were not wrapped , juice was out of order and the pool and hot tub out of order front staff at desk was sleeping as people walked past not very in pressed . We have stayed here many time over the last ten years but it has gone to the dump .I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! For what they charge people should get better service we will never stay here again . NOT WORTH $400. for two night's.”

“Took close to half hour to check in. Room was not cleaned. Spa was not working. No sauna as advertised. No soap or shampoo. No towels in pool area. ”

“I don't know what it's like in the summer, but in the winter they just don't seem to care. We got to the breakfast area a half hour after they said it opened and we had to plug in the toaster and turn on the waffle maker. No juice of any kind. very small selection of food.”
