This hotel is a solid good hotel and has the potential to be great. The hotel itself is in an amazing location, on the beach with close access to the paid beach facilities so you are very close to the sea, and less than a ten minute walk to the marina. The hotel complex is massive and has several pools, snack bars, restaurants, and a couple receptions, so you never feel squashed together. You are assigned a restaurant at check in, but we did explore another restaurant anyway which was just as impressive if not better than ours. The restaurant is in a buffet style and is tasty, but can feel quite repetitive after while but staying for seven days is fine in respect of food variety. Our room was recently refurbished and looked quite modern, and the room was in a clean state which was a relief. We received fresh towels every other day and a ‘touch up’ once during the week, please bear in mind that the bedding was only tidied and not actually changed. The hot water was temperamental and we had atleast two, if not three days without hot water but this may have just been an issue with our room specifically. The clubhouse was a great touch, which was an adults only semi-indoor pool and relaxation area with a paid bar, although an all-inclusive bar was a very short walk away. It allowed us to relax in a quieter environment with a great pool with views of the sea.

We chose this hotel since there were multiple pools and the beach was near. The beach was really crowded. You can get sun bed for 10€. Pool areas were always full (people occupy the chairs for many hours with their towels not being there and the staff don’t do anything about it). There is loud music at the pool areas. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and were assigned to a restaurant. Would not recommend it to gluten free eaters, I have never got so poor pizza in my entire life. I was told that there are also gf pasta and when I asked about it the staff gave me unpleasant face and said it will take a lot of time to prepare it. After 10 minutes they brought a plate only gf pasta (no sauce, nothing). There are no clear signs which contains gluten and which not. There was also some misunderstanding which restaurant we were supposed to eat, since in our first 3 days the staff was questioning our bracelet color. We said that the reception said that it is this restaurant but on third day one staff member said that we were supposed to be another restaurant. Room was quite okey, clean and furnitures were new. However, we had connnecting door to other room and you could here other rooms conversations. We asked if we could change the room but the reception lady said immediately no, not even asking how many nights we were there. Balcony was tiny and there were only 1 chair.

Overall it was a pleasant stay for our family with 2 kids (age 6 and 10). Food was good, nothing special but definitely not bad. Room (double room with bed sofa) was clean, although not quite as modern as the photos on website and Hotels.com. We stayed in house ”Olea”, close to everything including the beach.

Several different pools spread across the resort making it nice to discover for the kids. Beautiful surroundings. Only 2 restaurant options nearby if you do not opt for all inclusive, making it a bit boring. Rooms are not in great shape anymore, but do their job and are quite spacious and AC works well. Overall good experience.

Servis was poor. Very pooor internenet and TV as well.

Hotel was very nice, clean and weather splendid in May. We booked a room from this hotel but were accommodated in Kaktus hotel. No one introduced to us why was this.

This is a big resort! Based on the photos we expected a hotel room, but instead we got an apartment, which was OK. The all-inclusive was a bit monotonous, but not bad! In some places we felt that it was not quite 4 stars, but we still had a good time. Supetar and the island are very cozy!

Food very great, room standard OK. Pool towels 20€ and you only get back 5€, would expect them to be included. No lime in the drinks if you have all inclusive, only if you pay for the drinks (extremely seaky)

Nice and very very big resort. Vaterman resort are generaly good resort in Croatia. Gawa is better for me its smaler than the Supetar but in all 10/10
