Victoria was AMAZING! Room was spacious, jacuzzi was comfy, towels were soft, everything was clear. What made our stay great was Victoria. Yes, I mention this twice on purpose.
I liked that it was an historic hotel, but it definitely needed updates. Curtains looked dirty and dirty stains on the ceiling. Elevator not working. Though, staff was very friendly.
The hotel has gone down hill since our last stay. The bar closed last week and the restaurant is closed also. We had a no tv after no HOT water and a slow drain in the sink. Very sad changes from o...
