Neighbours here watch out for one another - we have many families and older residents who enjoy a level of safety and security not typically found in the big city. The unit is located two blocks from police headquarters and our municipality prides itself on being the safest part of Metro Vancouver. You won't be afraid to park your car here or walk alone at night.

King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
