“Absolutely fantastic resort, can only recommend. Everything was in great shape and clean. Every single member of the staff I interacted with was friendly, helpful and competent, cannot say enough good things about them. There were many little touches, from all automatically opening doors to your name on the phone and your reserved table that made me feel welcome and special. Room was spacious, comes with bath robe, slippers and a beach bag to go to the spa. Spa itself was also great, with the many different sauna rooms and amenities. Watching the sun set on the Zugspitze while lounging in the pool was unforgettable. Finally, the included meals were great and varied, luxury dining!”
