Bay Towers Hotel | Apartment in Caye Caulker

Pros: Nice hotel on the beach. Very nice property with many amenities. Very clean and comfortable with kitchen and all the kitchen utensils and appliances. Nice pool and a nice dock. Clean beach to swim. Very quiet side of the island. Free loaner bikes and kayaks. Cons: the A/C was not set right and the first night was very hot and there was no response from management or the office. They don't follow the office hours at all and it was mostly closed the 4 days and very difficult communication. The pool guy fixed the A/C after I asked him to take a look. No room cleaning unless you ask for it (we were not told beforehand). They definitely need to improve availability and communication with the guests. In general it was a very nice stay, and we would stay there again, but knowing those things. In my opinion, this hotel is on the nicest part of the island, but the north side ferry to cross the split to the north side gets a little expensive after a few passes as they charge 5 belizean dollars per person to cross (round trip).

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent and the property was well maintained.

Pool was clean and perfect! The area was quiet, and host was so nice, the room was beautiful, but the bar was closed so it was a hit hard getting good & drinks, but beautiful place! I will def go back!

Really nice, comfortable rooms, updated and appreciated the drinking water provided. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and taking the bikes down to the general store. Enjoyed the quiet of the North Island

We spent 12 nights at Bay Towers. Our room was spacious and tidy, great shower and A/C. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved having free access to bikes and kayaks. One of the few places on Caye Caulker with an actual beach. Easy access across the Split and great dining choices on the North Side. Staff were great. Hope we get to return in the near future.

The room was great!! It had everything we needed including dishes, a 5gal jug of water and plenty of complementary coffee ☕️ The staff, (Greg, owner and Ariel) were very helpful in giving us great recommendations on where to eat. The location itself was perfect 👌 it was super peaceful located beach front. I will definitely be back!!

Our two bedroom two bath unit had a great view of the Caribbean and the bay! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Be sure to bring your favorite spices :-). Even though we stayed in December, we were thankful there was nice cool AC! The 5 gallon bottled water in the unit helps keep you hydrated. We stayed more than a week, so we opted to have our laundry done on site, very helpful. Maria, Ian and Arielle assisted us with our questions, maintenance, and housekeeping needs. We used the bikes and the kayaks on a daily basis. We spent most of our time on the dock, but the pool is lovely and inviting.

Thanks to Arielle and Maria. They were very helpful and welcoming. The unit was fully equipped with a full kitchen. There is a rooftop patio wher you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets from. The location is close to the corner store and the split ferry. The unit is right on the beach with ocean views. The area is nice and quiet, and close enough to the nightlife of the south side.
