Summary: It is a great stay for the price and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However I did notice the room I stayed in had the smoke detector removed and wire hanging down from it. I also felt rushed to get out since I asked for late check out which they agreed to which was 12 and they knocked on my door at 10:40 asking me to leave. Normal checkout isn’t until 11 so I wondered why they wanted me to leave at 10:40. I was sure to be all out of there by 11:30 to not have another knock at my door. They were nice about it but still, give the residents the time that is allowed not 20 min before. That is what I mostly have a problem with other than that the service and stay overall was good.

Summary: Staff was friendly, however the hotel was in disrepair. Ice machine didn't work and there was junk tv's and such in hallways. Showers where stained. Won't be using this hotel again.

Summary: The facilities are dated but clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It’s under new management and staff are super friendly and helpful. TV options are limited, A/C is quiet, lots of parking and there’s a fridge in the room. There is no elevator so ask for ground floor if you have mobility challenges. The location is convenient for travellers.

Summary: Bathroom was clean, and the surfaces in room were clean. Bedding was clean, whihc is probably the most important of all, BUT the AC/heat unit had gobs of dust and cobwebs and stuff that appeared to be droppings. It was shocking and would be easy to correct. I hate to write a bad review and don't think I ever have, but that was really upsetting and disgusting.

Summary: Our stay was not so good. We stopped at this hotel because me and hubby were weary from our drive to Niagra Falls and we got to the room to finally lay down and get some rest and we checked the sheets and the sheet had some type of semn fluid on t sheets so disgusting. We reported it to the staff and the staff provided us with a clean sheet. It was such a convenience.
In addition there are no elevators in ths bldg. When I informed the front desk at check-in that I had physical limitations, he made no effort to accomodate. We asked if they had any rooms on the 1st floor, and we were told they were sold out of rooms on the 1st floor. The staff or management are not mindful of the physicall challenged.

Summary: Room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing. Everything was gone by 745am. No one was restocking anything so we left and had breakfast out.
Children are welcome. rollaway/extra beds are available for usd 15.0 per day. cribs (infant beds) are available for usd 10 per night.
