“The room was relatively clean, but the overall experience did not meet Hilton standards. The staff at the front desk seemed indifferent and uninterested in answering questions, often gathering together and ignoring guests. The breakfast was very poor compared to other Hilton hotels I've stayed at, with limited options and low quality. I expected much more from this brand.”

Some lacked knowledge about the local food The variety and amount of food were very good However the bread was not the best quality ”

“The rooms and the whole property were very clean. The staff were incredibly nice and really went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety. As vegan travelers, we especially appreciated having so many options, which is pretty rare at most hotel breakfasts.”

“Exactly the best hotel in Van. All other just have a name of 4 star or five star. This Hilton hotel in the only real one in Van. I had a night at elite world and that was so bad that I changed to Hilton and this one pleased me. They change my room without any extra fee and added a third bed also. The breakfast was good and had good veraity ”
