“A beautiful and well maintained hotel. A new five star hotel with a nice pool and hot jacuzzi outside which is nice to do in the rain”

“The hotel was ok but the room was too small for 3 people and was very much like a UK travel lodge, clean but basic. The main issue was the room was also far too hot, no air conditioning. It was disappointing that considering the views the rooms don’t have balconies, most of the others in the area do. Out of our 3 days there only once was someone who spoke and always smiled on reception, the others we saw on reception were miserable and obviously didn’t want to be there. It’s a shame because it could be lovely in that location but there are issues that need to be improved, we won’t stay again. We have spent a month travelling around Georgia and out of all of the 7 hotels this was the worst and it wasn’t the cheapest either.”

“Staff were kind and ready to assist. The food was excellent and being right on the ski hill made everything less stressful. ”

“Room was very dark as a concept hardly lights. Furnitre and carpet was Ikea minos.Except the looby hotel was dated , parking looks like construction site. I stayed off season after summer mid sep , the hotel was empty and i paid way too much money for the poor quality of room i got.”

“think better than rooms hotel if you travel more than 2 people. but they charge per person even if you have 2 king beds with 2 adults and 1 child. you still have to pay per child. other than that, great location, parking not very comfortable. far away from trails as you might need to drive 30-40min. but must to take the lift to the top of mountain. staff smiling is also great!! ”

“great!!! rooms a little small for 3 people parking is hard as you don't care for the snow on street and parking twice we had to call for help to move car”
