“It does not have a pool.
The hotel is more expensive than normal because of having a pool and breakfast but the pool was dry! and the buffet breakfast ran out of items in half an hour.
It is July and the pool was covered with a fabric and it did not look like it was under maintenance so I think they just decided not to operate it. It was not fair to mention in the ad that there is a pool.
There is no AC. You need to open the window which will cause huge flies to get into the room.
For buffet breakfast they served instant coffee instead of a brewed coffee which I had a hard time accept it for the price I paid for the room.”

“We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, and it was...fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, everything in the bathroom worked. Our room was exceedingly hot (in December!), and we had to keep the windows open, even after turning off the radiator. Much of the property could benefit from an update, as the carpet has seen better days.
Breakfast was also ok-- no one was going to starve, but nothing to get excited about, either.
Staff were not helpful in telling us what was open or closed, or where we could rent equipment. Everyone was very nice, and they did let us check in before 2pm when we arrived, which we appreciated.
The location is not near anything in the way of restaurants, etc., but would be fine for the ski lift.
Like everything in Gudauri, the hotel and restaurant are horribly overpriced for what you get, but there's no escaping that. ”

“Old good hotel. Good location for ski in/ski out. Ski depot is small. Room could be organized in practical way and furniture could be refreshed. Spa is simple one. ”

“The rooms had lots of storage space for luggage. Beds and pillows were a bit hard but ok. No safe to lock valuable stuff in.
Dinner was good but serving hours a bit short. Not the best service in the restaurant and in the reception.

“Nice views of the mountains. Central location in the ski area. Nice rooms. Would have been nice with some furniture on the balcony. Dinner was ok, but not more. Breakfast was not very good”
