“Excellent service and staff”

“This was a lovely hotel that dates back to 16th century, but has been upgraded for modern amenities. The staff was absolutely wonderful in every way, and the room we stayed was very comfortable. The air-con had trouble keeping up with the July heat, but we were very satisfied sleeping at night. The restaurant attached to the hotel served us a delicious meal our first night. We could not have asked for a better stay in Beaune.”

“The hotel wifi was very poor - I had to use the hotspot on my phone during the stay. The televison cable system needs repair - the cable would cease to operate every 5 - 10 minutes. The lobby amenities were fine, but the fitness room was in poor condition. Half of the equipment didn't work and the room was on the 4th floor under the attic (the ceiling of the room was chicken wire stapled to the roof trusses) and there was no A/C in the room. Overall the lobby and room was comfortable, but the wifi and cable is poor.”
