“A clean well maintained hotel w excellent food. We stayed here days after staying at another hotel in the hotel zone and had a much better time. The food made up for all the not-so-special tacos/food we ate in Tulum. The tacos and breakfast at Panamera are excellent. We loved hanging out by the pool vibing to the music feeling fancy. It was a good time. The rooms are small but they served their purpose. My only issue was the shower and lack of shelving in the room to place my items. We had to move some things around to accommodate ourselves. The shower didnt have any hot water and after we asked about it with the staff they said the shower handle had to be turned a specific aggressive way to get hot water. I told them it would be helpful to give guests a heads up on that. There is also no fridge in the room which would’ve made the filtered room-temp water given taste even better. Overall we enjoyed staying at Panamera and would come back!”

“The beginning of my stay was somehow rough, the bedroom we got was the lowest rate room, no windows ! I should say that shower is amazing. I was surprised because front desk did ask for official IDs in a very demanding way… not comfortable with it. Otherwise staff was very professional and attentive. Prices overall are very high. ”

“Last year there was yoga, Ice Bath included and this year we paid! I went back for the experience. Two negative points are the shower and salt water and breakfast starts at 8:00 if you wake up early like me there is no coffee to serve really they only serve it at 8:01. But the staff who serve on the beach are kind the cleaning is good and the second time I loved it the first time this time there were some points that were not very good but ok!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so wondurfull, attention to details all the time, recognized us everyday, always there for us. The only comment I would add, is that the rooms could have a few extra hooks and shelves tor toiletries and to hang our wet bathing suits!!! But that's really the only thing....”
