“The room was top notch. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Location was hard to beat. Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot is very challenging and not for the feint of heart, but staff will help you get in if you need it.”

“Great hotel. Location excellent - a step from old town and the station (where the buses to the sights all start from). Didn't use the gym/sauna etc but gym looked decent. Room was good. No complaints whatsoever. Sure some of the rooms which have a balcony with a view of the mountains would be fabulous. Ours was nice to have. Thanks to the lovely lady who served us at bar. Very friendly service. All staff very helpful. And finally. First rate buffet breakfast.”

“Good room and prime location. The parking celler is small and tight, but I Got my Audi A6 in there by going slow. Breakfast is good and the location right by the old part makes it ideal. Would chose again if we come back”

“Arrived late at 23:00 after the front desk closed. A note was hanging on the door with instructions and the waiter in the bar guided us for parking in a nearby garage. Everything was perfect. 2 adults +2 kids. Breakfast was super delicious.”

“This was unfortunately not a good experience for us. The hotel feels old and as its prime days are over. The hotel room was of an old fashion and horrific hot pink and hearts design - we probably got the honeymoon suite. It was a big room which was good as we travelled as a family, and the kids loved it, but it was not properly cleaned and the colour on the walls was i bad condition and chipped. The beds was not made professionally and felt messy under the covers. The AC was extremely noisy as well as a gang of youth's, playing around and partying in the hotel during the night, completely ruining our sleep. So, all in all I can absolutely not recommend this hotel. Unless you're a child, then you'll love it!”

“The room looks newly renovated. The staff is very helpful and responsible; also, response efficiently to emails if there are any questions. A variety of foods for the breakfast buffet. Recommended to reserve a parking spot if you are driving, as the garage is small. We enjoyed our stay.”
