Summary: Parking sucks. You i have to use your room key to get out of the parking lot every time. That's especially inconvenient when you're checking out, you can't just leave your key in the room and drive off.

Summary: Our room was spotless and our bathroom and beds were taken care of everyday! The pool was a nice touch! We paid for parking ahead of time and I believe that it probably wasn’t necessary. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was a plus! The restaurant next door to the facility was closed during our stay but there were plenty of other places within walking distance. All in all nice place to stay!

Summary: This was amazing! From the moment we walked in the lobby we felt so welcome! We booked a king room with a pullout couch for the 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids and the woman at the front desk asked if we would prefer 2 queen beds instead bc there was more room for the 5 of us to sleep on. We accepted and we were so grateful. The beds were so comfortable. The people are so polite, beautiful room, AMAZING location! We spent a little more than we wanted on this trip for the room but it was worth it 10000%. My daughter fell and got hurt and an employee asked was asking if she was ok. She said if you need anything please let us know. We walked back to our room and sat my daughter down and decided to call and ask the front desk if they had ice packs and someone brought ice to our room, bandaids and water bottles, and asked if we needed anything else. Staff was amazing! I felt safe here. The only thing I didnt like was that there were so many stairs. There were different levels. That was the only negative thing I have to say about this place! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Summary: It was a last
minute booking because issues at my initial hotel I booked for my trip. The staff was kind and vey accommodating, Maria was wonderful! Facilities were clean and hotel is located very convenient if you are traveling to the islands. Bed was super comfortable and room has everything you need. Definitely will be back again!

Summary: First, 4pm for check-in is late. Got there around 3:30 room wasn’t ready and was told we would get a text when it became available around 4:00. No text came. Showed up and waited in line for 20 minutes to check in. Only 2 people working with around 15 people waiting to check in (was told you’re short-staffed) Second, I can’t believe you only had one small Keurig coffee maker for the whole hotel! Yes I realize there’s one in every room but for those of us that use creamer we had to go downstairs. Nothing but long lines just to get coffee. Please invest in an industrial sized coffee maker. Lastly, we booked a room with a harbor view (which we didn’t get unless we stuck our heads out the window).

Summary: Very clean room and well kept all around. The location was perfect! Across the street from the ferry terminal to Nantucket. Lots of great dining options too!
Children are welcome. kids stay free! children 18 years old and younger stay free when using existing bedding. rollaway/extra beds are not available. cribs (infant beds) are not available.
