“Everything was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Close to the main shopping and dining area. Loved walking on the boardwalk at night.”

“Front desk - Christopher went above and beyond compared to others in same positions at other venues. Had problems keeping doors open while using walker.”

“Enjoyed our stay - pleasantly surprised. Walked to the beach for sunset then walked to dinner... property offers a great breakfast and easy parking. Would stay there again.”

“Room seemed well maintained, everything worked. It was very quiet. Staff was helpful. Washer and dryer could only be operated thru your phone with Google wallet which we do not use. So we were unable to wash clothes. Breakfast could have more choices. All the yogurt had sugar. Only protein item (with no sugar) was hard boiled eggs. Other items and coffee were good.”

“Hotel is not in the best shape. Carpets dirty in room, pee on bottom of toilet not clean, bathroom doors chewed up on the bottom, stains on sheets, and torn comforter. At breakfast we noticed Cheerios were stale. Brought this up to the staff and they gave us Cheerios from a fresh box. My niece went to get some and out of breakfast dispenser also and the staff had left the old ones in there. When brought to their attention the response was we are not going to empty the container and waste all of those Cheerios. Later she came back and apologized that she had to agree they were not good. Started to notice things throughout our stay that we didn't see right in the beginning. Hard to move rooms due to having a child with us. Will not be staying here again. Here is pictures for proof.”

“Everyone on the staff were so kind and friendly! Breakfast included biscuits, gravy, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, milk & almond milk, in addition to the usual continental breakfast fare of coffee, juice, bagels, pastries, etc. There are lots of DVDs in the lobby to choose from if you want to stay in, but also there were sand toys and bikes available, and a table in front with a little fire pit they turn on in the evening that you can roast marshmallows at. Very short walks to the beach and shopping. Overall a great experience - we'll definitely want to stay here again next time we visit Seaside.”

Thank you for the amazing cookies such contagious and cheerful personality. Not too mention your chocolate chip cookies. My family and I would definitely would stay here again.”

“Great breakfast, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Could be noisy morning with trucks traffic, street cleaning truck and seagulls.”
