Positive: Breakfast was delicious, filling and served quickly. Staff were super helpful and accommodating with what turned out to be a very late arrival, and very welcoming.
The room was cosy and immaculately clean, with fresh bedding and towels.
Negative: The signage to our room, which had an outdoor facing access, could have been a little clearer.
Summary: This was the perfect start to an adventure holiday in Devon. Highly recommend.

Positive:
Room was great as travelled with 2 dogs, we were given a downstairs room with French door access on to an outside secure area for the dogs to roam if they wanted. Location was perfect with local walks down to the river through woods, the shower was one of the best we have ever had in a hotel, amazing power, breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice, we also had our evening meals in the hotel as the dogs had been swimming and walking with us all day and just slept on their blanket in the bar dreaming of the wonderful day they had had while we ate and had a few drinks, parking was great as we have a van and all the staff were amazing - very friendly and accommodating.
Negative:
Having to leave 😕
Summary: Perfect location and super friendly staff - amazing food
